eConsult NOFOs released
NHGRI has published three funding opportunities on genomic medicine eConsult services:
- Research on the Impact of and Methods for Implementing Regional Genomic Medicine eConsult Services (U01 Clinical Trial Optional) invites applications for sites to participate in the Genomic Medicine eConsult Research Network. Two to three sites will be funded to research how to best design, implement, and sustain regional genomic medicine eConsult services; provide outreach to potential users, including those at underserved settings; and assess the impact on key stakeholders while developing successful implementation strategies and resources that can be broadly shared and adopted.
- Solutions to Enable Regional Genomic Medicine eConsult Services (R41/R42 Clinical Trial Optional) solicits Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grant applications to develop innovative solutions for commercialization that would enable regional genomic medicine eConsult Services.
- Solutions to Enable Regional Genomic Medicine eConsult Services (R43/R44 Clinical Trial Optional) solicits Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) grant applications to develop innovative solutions for commercialization that would enable regional genomic medicine eConsult Services.
We will hold a pre-application webinar for potential applicants on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at 2:00 pm ET. Registration is required. Attendees can ask questions during the webinar and are encouraged to email questions in advance to Renee Rider. After the webinar, a FAQ will be posted on the webinar website and applicants can email additional questions. Applications are due May 30, 2024.
