The eMERGE Network is excited to announce the appointment of Dr. Nanibaa’ Garrison to the NIH Advisory Committee to the Director Working Group on Diversity.  The working group was formed to advise on ways to increase the diversity of individuals in the biomedical research field, and increase access and opportunities for funding and professional development for minority researchers.  More information on the  working group can be found on the ACD Working Group on Diversity page.  For more information on Dr. Garrison’s work with eMERGE see the Consent, Education, Regulation, & Consultation: Survey Workgroup page.
