The Precision Medicine Initiative published its “Building a Research Foundation” report to the Advisory Committee to the Director of the NIH.  The report lays out a blueprint to implement personalized medicine, offers specific recommendations to guide the development of the PMI-CP and the PMI cohort, and offers support for the endeavor.
