The AnVIL-based R03 funding opportunity I’ve mentioned to many of you recently was just published: https://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/rfa-files/RFA-HG-25-005.html. The purpose of this announcement is to encourage the genomics research community to leverage data sets available through NHGRI’s AnVIL platform for innovative research and secondary analysis projects. As the NHGRI-designated data repository specified in NOT-HG-24-020, AnVIL makes available large amounts of data, tools and resources generated primarily by NHGRI-funded programs and initiatives.
